What is A Host Family?

Host Families are an important link between the ABC students and the local community. Each student usually has the same host family throughout her stay in Andover.

Each family hosts their ABC student for dinner every Wednesday and one weekend each month while school is in session. They provide the ABC students with individual attention and new experiences in a family setting but do not substitute as the student’s family of origin.
